We’ve developed new methods of fractionation to unlock the power of hemp-based proteins. Our goal is to replace traditional animal-based proteins found in many products by unleashing the nutritional and organoleptic properties of hemp-based alternatives into the market. These value-added hemp compounds have therapeutic properties and can be used for a variety of applications such as functional food and beverage formulation, clean cosmetic creation, and nutraceutical enhancement.
With eleven laboratories, six dedicated pilot plant processing areas, and two explosion-proof extraction areas across 54,000 square feet, our Saskatoon facility can meet a variety of custom production needs including aqueous and alcohol extraction, distillation, and drying of ingredients.
In addition, we have a second facility that is 25,000 square feet in Batavia that can provide esterification and distillation of various oil compounds and has a full lab that is equipped to determine project feasibility using small scale wiped film evaporators, as well as provide analytical support for pilot and production scale processing. Our scientists at both locations look forward to working with you.
